Assembled from robust extruded aluminium interlocking slats with extruded aluminium bottom rail. Every slat is fitted with nylon end clips at each end to secure slates laterally and take up wear. The curtain runs in exclusive Austral-Monsoon extruded guides which incorporate PVC buffer to eliminate metal to metal contact and reduce noise.
A special seal fitted in between every slat is available as an optional extra where vibration needs to be eliminated or dust sealing is required.
A PVC seal for the bottom rail is also available. Shootbolt locking is standard equipment with two way, two point key operated locking available as an optional extra. Operation by hand.
Applications
Eye catching appearance particularly suitable for shopfront or counter-top application. These shutters are used extensively for counters, bars, and smaller service hatches and openings.
Finish
Available in mill finish, anodised or polyurethane paint to match specified colour; windows available in clear acrylic.
Sealed Slat
50mm x 1.2mm can be supplied with dust weather seals fitted between the slats, at the head and to the bottom rail. Additionally, seals can be fitted to the side guides giving maximum protection against dust and the elements. All seals are optional extras.
