The Maviclean high speed door is based on the same principle as the Maviroll however it is specifically engineered for food processing and pharmaceutical applications. With a door speed up to 1 m/s, food hygiene features include a built in high water pressure clean out system, all components can easily be reached for cleaning (no dismantling needed) and water retention is non-existent. Further more the body of the door contains no gaps and is resistant to moisture, acids, animal fats, insects and salt solutions. Maviclean is also available in polyester finished zincalume steel or for severe environments - stainless steel 304 or 316.

For internal door openings only, the maximum door size is 3500 mm Wide x 3500 mm High.
