Hand Operation, Light Duty Opening Size up to 2700mm wide x 2700mm high
Features
Assembled form roll-formed galvansied interlocking slats with extruded aluminium bottom rail designed to take up a minimum amount of space in small openings. End clips are fitted to every slat to secure slats laterally and take up wear. Internal or external shootbolt accpets padlock or key operated two-point two-way centre locks available fitted to bottom rail or at waist height. Hand operation is spring assissted.
Applications
These shutters are used extensively for small doorways, counters, hatches, etc.

50mm x 0.4mm plain or slotted 50mm x 0.6mm plain or slotted

Finish
Galvanised steel, polyurethane paint or powdercoating in a choice of colours.
Note: Powdercoating is the recommended finish for perforated slats.

Specifications
Slat:
50mm roll-formed, interlocking galvanised steel.
Bottom Rail:
Extruded aluminium section fitted with optional PVC seal (see diagram).
Roller Drum:
100mm dia. steel tube encasing helical coil spring of super grade spring wire. Tension adjustable by capstan wheel where possible.
Side Guide (Track):
50mm x 28mm x 3mm mild steel channel with suitable provision for fixing.
Brackets:
Fabricated from mild steel to suit application.
Locking:
Shootbolt fitted internally or externally to accept padlocks, or two-way, two-point key operated locks fitted to bottom rail or at weight height.
