The mavicold high speed door is based on the same principle as the Mavifold however it is specifically engineered for internal freezer applications and cold storage plants. Designed to reduce curtain damage from ice build up and frosting, the curtain consists of double sided PVC polyester mesh fabric, foamed inside with 30 mm thick isotherm material, finished with an acrylic varnish on both sides. Weather tight seals are fixed on the curtain, photocells with heating devices and amplifiers ensure high reliability in the environment and guides have in built trace heaters to refrain the curtain from freezing to the guides. Self enclosed hoods are placed on all Mavicold Doors.

For interior openings only, the maximum door size is 4000 mm Wide x 4000 mm High.
