Melbourne, VIC - Australia Ansa Doors Pty Ltd appoints a new Operations Manager. George Iliadis has been appointed to the role of Operations Manager at our Melbourne Plant. George has been selected from a large range of highly skilled potential applicants. George graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) with Honours in 1997 from the Victorian University of Technology and has been working for the past 10 years with Architectural Hardware. During this time, George has worked in various roles with his last appointment as the Engineering & Operations Manager. George's vast experience and enthusiasm will be well suited to this exciting role.

Due to the positive sales growth in the Victorian market, Austral Monsoon Industries has commenced construction of a new manufacturing facility in Melbourne with new office facilities to follow. The new facilites will enable the Melbourne division to cater for the additional range of product lines introduced.
AMI Group To ensure that Austral Monsoon Industries group remains at the forefront of manufacturing, AMI has begun a major upgrade to all its roll-forming plant throughout its manufacturing facilities in the world with seven new "State Of The Art" roll-formers ordered from Taiwan. The new roll formers will ensure AMI will remain highly competative and world class in its production standards.
Powdercoat Line The installation of our in-house powdercoat line had commenced as scheduled and was completed by Aug 2005. This now provides Ansa Doors customers a vastly improved lead time for roller shutter installations as well a quicker turn around for repair work.
