Ambulance Bendigo and Strathdale – Bifold doors and Automated gates

Ansa Doors continue their support for Ambulance Victoria, with 8 new bifolds and 2 new automated gates being installed into two new stations in Bendigo / Strathdale. Once operational, the two new stations will allow the decommissioning of the existing ambulance station at the Bendigo Hospital, and therefore enable the future $450m Bendigo Hospital redevelopment to begin. The builder is Hansen Yuncken.

Bendigo CBD is progressing well with two bifolds installed and the balance to be completed shortly. Both stations will have bifolds installed and glazed by end of May. 


Specialty Doors – High Speed Doors

Ansa Doors continue their strong specialty doors success, with both Wilkore and Cojo Constructions to have High Speed Traffic Doors installed by Ansa Doors.

Wilkore’s purpose built factory in Dalmore Street Scoresby will be fitted with two High Speed Doors to suit specific client requirements.

Cojo’s development off Jayco Drive in Dandenong South is a large (approximately 30 m²) curtain High Speed Door, again purpose built for their client.


Sleepyhead Development

Ansa Doors will be installing 8 roller shutters for Stages 3 and 4 of the Sleepyhead development in Foleys Road Deer Park. Sleepyhead’s new Victorian foam and bedding manufacturing centre is a 13,000 m² factory/warehouse and 1000 m² Office. The builder is CMW.


Melbourne Markets Relocation Project

Melbourne’s wholesale fruit and vegetable market is to be relocated to a new site in Epping in Melbourne’s north, and redeveloped into a modern, innovative and efficient fresh produce trading and distribution precinct.

The market is an important part of the state’s economic infrastructure, with an annual turnover in excess of $1.6 billion.

The core of the precinct will be the relocated Melbourne Wholesale Fruit and Vegetable Market and National Flower Centre currently located in Footscray Road in West Melbourne.

Ansa Doors is proud to be a  major supplier to the new facility, supply and installing over (180) steel roller shutters throughout the facility.

Working with construction company Bovis Lend Lease, Ansa Doors has installed over (100) steel shutters to date with completion due at the end of June 2012.


Tasmanian Success

Ansa Doors continue to expand into the Tasmanian market, our latest success is with Apple Constructions where we will be supplying fifteen (15) steel roller shutters to the Channel Court Shopping Centre Development in Kingston. This is a $45M project staged over four stages. Stage 3 in currently in construction and comprises specialty shops along Church Street and offices totalling 4,700 square metres.


Elite Partnership

Ansa Doors continue their strong specialty doors success, with a new warehouse complex being built by Elite Property to have three (3) High Speed Traffic Doors and four (4) steel shutters installed by Ansa Doors.
This development, in Bond Street Mordialloc is one of three current projects Ansa is partnering with Elite.


More Ambulance Stations For Ansa Doors

After successfully completing a number of Bi-Fold Doors for Ambulance Victoria -  Ansa Doors has yet again successfully tendered for the supply of bi-folding doors and auto gates at TWO new Ambulance Victoria facilities in Bendigo and Strathdale. Both facilities are projects for Hansen and Yuncken.

Ansa will supply and install a total of eight (8) AB100 bifolding doors and two (2) gates.


The Links Facility – Oakleigh

Ansa Doors continue the roll out of roller shutters for The Links facility at Links Road South Oakleigh – a project for Pellicano Builders.

This facility is a multi-tenanted retail centre with Woolworths supermarket & Masters’ home /improvement store – Total Building Area 18,455m².


General Motors Holden

Ansa Doors has recently been awared the contract to supply and install Rapid Roll Doors to General Motors Holden Proving Grounds in Lang Lang, Victoria.

Ansa Doors will commence production of (6) doors in total early March.


Melbourne Market Relocation Project

March 2nd, 2012

Ansa Doors continue the roll out of shutters for the Melbourne Market Relocation Project, a major government project for Lend Lease.

The facility is 133 hectares and will cater for over 600 tenants. Ansa specialists were instrumental in the detailed design of the custom openings to ensure the best possible result for the client.

The North and West Walls are now completed – of the 187 total shutters Ansa have now installed 87. The rollout continues in March


Sherwood Bus Depot – Queensland

Working closely with CIP Constructions - Ansa Doors has recently completed and commissioned the installation Sectional Bi-Fold Doors for the Brisbane City Councils new Sherwood Bus Depot.

The Sectional Bi-Folds Doors produced by Ansa Doors are 12m wide x 5.5m high, electrically operated – (16) in total.

This project demonstrates once again Ansa Doors commitment to provide well “Engineered Door Solutions” to the market.

 

 


Coles Supermarkets Australia Wide

Ansa Doors has successfully tendered and negotiated the nation wide rollout of roller shutters for the Coles Group.

A total of (113) supermarket stores throughout NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA will have new aluminium roller shutters fitted to the store entry – over (400) roller shutters supplied Australia wide.

Ansa Doors undertook a thorough tender review process conducted by the Coles Group and is well positon to deliver the project to the high standards expected by Coles


Cyclone Rated Roller Shutters

Following 2 years of intensive development and testing ANSA Doors is proud to announce it can offer a steel roller shutter rated to withstanding a Category 5 Cyclone wind event and meet the Design Guidelines for Queensland Public Cyclone Shelters 2006.

The Cyclone Testing Station at JCU have issued test report numbers TS774 and TS820 covering a range of tests and this test data provides the basis of an engineered roller shutter solution to meet high range wind events that occur in Northern Australia and specifically those associated with the extreme requirements nominated in the Design Guidelines for Queensland Public Cyclone Shelters 2006.

New Office Now Complete

The construction and fitting out of the new administration office building is now complete at Ansa Doors in Melbourne.

This now completes our seven year development program of the Coolaroo site including the extension of the factory building 1 and construction of factory builiding 2. 

The new office building is located between the two factory buildings.  The site has a total of 6,000 sq m under roof. 

 

 

 


Bendigo Ambulance Victoria

ANSA Doors has successfully tendered and negotiated the supply and installation of specialised industrial door products on (2) new Ambulance stations located in Bendigo.

Contracted to Hansen Yuncken – Ansa Doors will produce (4) Bi-Fold Doors per site (Total of eight).

Construction of the Doors will commence early March.
