Austral Monsoon provides a free design service for each truck door. We custom manufacture each door to ensure that the doors suit your purpose and fit the desired opening.

Our range includes a variety of curtain materials including roll formed slats in galvanised steel and aluminium; extruded aluminium slats in six profiles and a timber sectional door. There are three basic design configurations; sliding, rolling and sliding-roller assisted.

Austral Monsoon can provide replacement parts from stock and in most situations is able to provide factory repairs to roller shutters while the driver waits.

Truck Shutter Types

1. 2RF & 2RS - Designed as a low cost basic truck door with adequate security for metropolitan delivery vans.
2. 1EA - This micro slat shutter is designed for small openings such as tool compartments on special purpose vehicles.
3. 2EA - This shutter has a flat curtain, perfect for vehicles that to be sign written or are to have decals.
4. 2EA Sealed - Sealed slats are a great option if you want to keep the weather and dust outside the vehicle.
5. 2EA Box Section - Box Section Shutter is designed to give jam free operation. Having a flush back prevents objects becoming caught in the back of the shutter and hindering access to the compartment. Used in many Service Vehicles, Emergency and Fire Brigade Trucks.
6. 3EA - Heavy duty rolling shutter, economical alternative to the 2EA Roller shutter.
7. 4EA - This shutter is ideal for large opening sizes. It has a flat finish which is used for signwriting or sticking decals. Used for pantech delivery vehicles carrying large loads.
8. Dry Freight Door - Mainly used for pantech trucks and trailers.
