Applications

The Ansa Doors 2EA aluminium truck shutter is a door for all special purpose vehicles and trucks. It provides access to cabinets or compartments housing tools, equipment and machinery. This aluminium truck shutter is typically used for emergency vehicles, delivery trucks, maintenance vehicles, lube trucks and pump trucks.

Features

1. Curtain - Heavy duty construction using a 50mm extruded aluminium flat faced interlocking slat. The slats are retained in position using nylon end clips fitted with aluminium rivets. For more information, refer to technical information below.
   
   Rubber seals can be fitted to each slat as an optional extra to provide weather resistance.
2. Bottom Rail - Rigid extruded aluminium section complete with finger pull. A bottom seal can be provided as an optional extra. For more information, refer to technical information below.
3. Side Guides (Track) - Rigid extruded aluminium sections or roll formed steel sections complete with splayed tops. For more information, refer to technical information below.
4. Roller Drum - Fabricated from mild steel or galvanised tube, with the outside diameter and thickness appropriate to the size and application of the aluminium truck shutter. No Roller Drum supplied for sliding configuration doors.
5. Bracket - Fabricated from 3 mm galvanised steel in sizes to suit the height of the opening and engineered tube size. Nylon corners are supplied for sliding configuration doors.
6. Operation - Generally hand operated. However, appropriate tube motors can be fitted.
7. Door Locking - Spring loaded shoot bolts as standard. A variety of other locking systems are available. For more information, refer to technical information below.
8. Finishes - Aluminium components are supplied in mill finish as standard. Etch and clear anodising or powder coating (in standard available colours) is an optional extra and is applied using our in house powder coat line. At Ansa Doors All mild steel items are provided with zinc rich primer paint, hand applied.
