24 Hour Service
In the event of a door being damaged either by a truck or a forklift or normal wear and tear, Austral Monsoon provides a 24 hour service for emergency repairs. Fully equipped and experienced crews can attend any time to secure the premises and assess the problem. Equipment and parts are available to service virtually any industrial, commercial or traffic door and are a one stop shop when securing buildings.
Preventative Maintenance
Regular preventative maintenance, servicing and lubrication will maintain the overall operating performance and safety of the door. It will also identify any curtain alignment, spring tension requirement or worn parts before serious and costly problems occur. A maintenance agreement is available on most industrial, commercial and traffic doors. Traffic Doors are designed for minimal maintenance requirements. However their spped of operation makes them potentially dangerous if not properly maintained. This has been recognised in Europe where they have legislated for traffic doors to be serviced twice a year.
