Applications

The Ansa Doors 2RS steel truck shutter was designed as a low cost basic truck door with adequate security for delivery trucks. Sturdy construction of curtain makes slats easily replaced if damaged. This steel truck shutter has been tried and tested over many years. It is typically used for emergency vehicles, maintenance vehicles and equipment trailers.

Features

1. Curtain - 50mm roll formed galvanised steel interlocking slat. The slats are retained in position using nylon end clips. For more information, refer to technical information below.
2. Bottom Rail - Rigid extruded aluminium. Bottom seal can be provided as an optional extra. For more information, refer to technical information below.
3. Side Guides (Track) - Galvanised steel in various size configurations. For more information, refer to technical information below.
4. Roller Drum- Fabricated from mild steel or galvanised tube, with the outside diameter and thickness appropriate to the size and application of the steel truck shutter.
5. Bracket - Fabricated from 3 mm galvanised steel wheel brackets in sizes to suit the height of the opening and engineered tube size.
6. Operation - Hand Operated.

8. Finishes - Galvanised Steel. Powder coating (in standard available colours) is an optional extra and is applied using our in house powder coat line at Ansa Doors. All mild steel items are provided with zinc rich primer paint,hand applied.
