Applications

The Ansa Doors 2EA box section truck shutter is an access door for all special purpose vehicles and trucks. It provides access to cabinets or compartments housing tools, equipment and machinery.

Features

1. Curtain - Heavy duty construction using a 50mm extruded aluminium flat faced box section interlocking slat. The slats are retained in position using nylon end clips fitted with aluminium rivets. Refer to technical information below.
2. Bottom Rail - Rigid extruded aluminium section complete with finger pull. Bottom seal can be provided as an optional extra. For more information, refer to technical information below.
3. Side Guides (Track) - Rigid extruded aluminium sections complete with splayed tops. For more information, refer to technical information below.
4. Roller Drum - Fabricated from mild steel or galvanised tube, with the outside diameter and thickness appropriate to the size and application of the aluminium box shutter. No roller drum is supplied for sliding configuration doors.
5. Bracket - Fabricated from 3 mm galvanised steel wheel brackets in sizes to suit the height of the opening and engineered tube size.
   
   Nylon corners supplied for sliding configuration doors.
6. Operation - Generally hand operated. However, appropriate tube motors can be fitted.
7. Door Locking - Options include a stainless steel lift bar which can be supplied with key locking, or a simple two way key operated lock fitted to bottom rail.
8. Finishes - Aluminium components are supplied in mill finish as standard. Etch and clear anodising or powder coating (in standard available colours) is an optional extra and is applied using our in house powder coat line. At Ansa Doors All mild steel items are provided with zinc rich primer paint, hand applied.
